Saudi's RCJY signs five deals for projects


(MENAFN) The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) announced it has signed five contracts focusing on the construction of residential projects, academic buildings, facilities for the city center, and operating and maintaining the Technical Institute, Arab News reported.

The first contract, signed with to Azmeel Contracting and Construction Corporation, aims on establishing residential buildings as well as the establishment of a campus for students that will accommodate 18.000 students in addition to 18.000 from faculty and support services staff.

Manazl Real Estate Development won the second contract which aims on constructing a new academic building for female students, which will include constructing academic buildings for female students, accommodating up to 18.000 students as well as 1500 faculty members and services staff members.

The third contract was signed for engineering services for the expansion of Jubail Industrial City with Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Naim Consultant Engineers Company, in cooperation with AK Consulting Engineers, with a five-year duration period.

The fourth contract, which went to Al-Kifah Holding Company, focuses on establishing facilities for the city center, while the fifth contract is focused on operation and maintenance projects of Jubail Technical Institute and was won by Arabia Supply and Architectural Contracting Company (ASACCO), which has 5 years to operate and maintain Jubail Technical Institute.
