Chef Caron specializes in general-purpose BBQ items and has manufactured an all-new version of the nonstick barbecue grill mats providing features and improvements not found in any other barbecue mat currently available.
The product was first made popular a few years ago with the "As Seen on TV" grill mat. This early version was manufactured and sold as the Miracle Grill Mat. "I tried out all the PTFE mat grill accessories currently available. I realized we could make some fairly simple improvements on the design and produce a version that was as usable in a professional kitchen as it would be in someone's back yard."
The Chef Caron mat is consequently the largest Teflon sheet on the market today measuring 13 x 17 inches; it is constructed with the thickest PTFE fabric at .20mm; and it boasts the most generous layers of the coating PTFE Teflon making it the best nonstick cookware available for outdoor and indoor grilling according to Caron.
