Kuzu seeks UAE investors


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The Kuzu Group, the leading property developer in Turkey, and Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company, are seeking investors from UAE for its realty projects, a top official of Kuzu said.

"This is our first venture in Cityscape and look forward for more buisness with the UAE in future. We are here to promote our $2.7 billion our latest luxury venture Sea Pearl Atakoy, Istanbul," said Ozen Kuzu, board member of the Kuzu Group.

"The group is also working on another two projects in Turkey, but right now we are focused on Sea Pearl. The Cityscape event will witness bookings as well as selling of the units."

Located on the banks of the Sea of Marmara in Istanbul, Sea Pearl Atakoy will comprise 1,474 luxurious apartment units and a deluxe five-star hotel, high-end boutiques featuring global brands and lavish restaurants. "Kuzu, as a group, has achieved to become a brand in the construction industry with determination and hard work. Our motto is to be honest, hardworking, fast, and principled. Our goal is achieve a better quality of life for the people and to fulfill the tasks on our part in the development of our country," Kuzu added.

The Sea Pearl Atakoy, spread across an 128,000 sqm, enjoys idyllic views of the sea while is at the same time highly central and accessible.

The development is established in a bustling central location near other hotels, shopping malls, schools and hospitals, and will be five minutes away from Ataturk Airport, Atakoy Marina and the ferry terminal.

The residential units will be built using high-quality materials, including an earthquake resistant piled raft foundation system, central floor heating, high-end built-in kitchens, and sound insulation between each flat.

The project began in March 2014 and is aimed for completion in February 2018.
