Investors are coming in droves and this year's Cityscape Global is being touted as the largest in history with 280 exhibitors from 28 countries coverging here for the most influential real estate show in the Middle East.
Shaikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chairman and CEO of Emirates airline and Group, opened the show on Sunday which had construction heavyweights Emaar Properties, Damac, Nakheel and Dubai Properties displaying their latest projects.
Real estate investors, developers, regional and city investment promotion authorities, architects, designers and other real estate professionals currently driving real estate growth and development across global emerging markets, were present in large numbers on the first day of the event.
Taking place until September 23 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Cityscape Global is co-hosted with three dedicated and expert-led conferences, and an awards ceremony at the world's tallest hotel.
