UAE- Shaikh Abdullah to address UN General Assembly
(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Foreign Minister Shaikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Friday headed the UAE delegation to the 69th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The UAE delegation includes Dr Anwar Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs; Dr Sultan bin Ahmed Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of State; Reem Ibrahim Al Hashimi, Minister of State; and a number of officials.
Shaikh Abdullah will deliver a speech at the UN General Assembly on September 27. He will also attend the Climate Summit on September 23.
The UN General Assembly meetings, chaired by Ugandan Foreign Affairs Minister Sam Kahamba Kutesa, are vitally important as they tackle important and sensitive regional and international issues.
