(MENAFN) Gulf Related, a real estate developer, announced awarding USD133.37 million construction project in Saudi Arabia to Drake & Scull Construction, Gulf News reported.
The construction on the project, which will be called Antara, is expected to be completed within a period of 24 months following the awarding the contract.
"The launch of the Antara residential compound should generate an attractive rental income and a significant long term cash yield for Gulf Related," Co-managing partner at Gulf Related said.
