(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Three people were killed in a suicide car bomb attack which targeted a checkpoint in a village in east Lebanon, local media reported Saturday.
A suicide bomber driving a vehicle blew himself up at a Hezbollah checkpoint in Khreibeh village, eastern Baalbek town in Beqaa Valley, near the Lebanese-Syrian borders, killing three people, Lebanese media sources indicated, adding that the incident occurred in conjunction with another attack at the same checkpoint carried out by a gunman riding a motorcycle.
