(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Debris lying in the street as a woman walks on the muddy road in a flood-affected area in Srinagar yesterday. Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said 277 people died when the worst floods in a century hit the state while Kashmir Center for Social and Development Studies has put the loses and damage at `1 trillion.
