Kim Fyffe leads her clients toward peace and wellness. Sometimes that means perfecting Downward Dog and sometimes it means addressing medical complexities through nutrition and stress management. Kim has years of experience in the areas of holistic health yoga and meditation. She uses her experience in these areas to help people find drive clarity and focus. Though Kim began practicing yoga as a teenager she really took it to the next level in her early thirties. Mom to two very rambunctious twin boys she had to admit that she was overwhelmed and overstimulated by 6 o'clock each night. On their third birthday her husband gave her a gift--a daily yoga pass at the local studio. He offered to flex his schedule so that she could take the time to re-center regularly. In 2010 she journeyed to the Himalayas with two of her instructors to be trained by some very talented yogis. She came away with a new appreciation for holistic medicine and even the power of deep breathing and meditation in fighting chronic illness. Over the past four years Kim has been teaching yoga at a local studio and pursuing various certificates in nutrition and natural healing. Her book Yoga Basics has been a great help to women just like her who sometimes feel overwhelmed in even the best of circumstances. Kim and her husband Ben love to travel to new places as often as they can. Although when the boys get to pick superheroes are usually a theme in their travel.
