(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Vice Chairman of the Cuban Council of Ministers Ricardo Cabrisas met on Monday Kuwait's parliamentary friendship committee delegation in the capital Havana.

The delegation, headed by General Trustee MP Yaaqoub Al-Sanea, is in a two-state tour that would also take them to Nicaragua.

Meanwhile, delegation member Abdullah Al-Tamimi praised Cuba's healthcare system, which, according to him, would help in exchange of expertise in this regard.

Visa exemption for Kuwaiti citizens wishing to visit Cuba was also discussed during the meeting, which would contribute in furthering cooperation between the two countries, said the statement.

The meeting was attended by Kuwaiti Ambassador to Cuba Bader Al-Awadhi.
