(MENAFN) Omniyat, a real estate development firm, announced launching three projects worth USD 952.75 million at Cityscape Global, Gulf News reported.
The group's prime project will be One at Palm Jumeirah, which will be in collaboration with Drake & Scull International, with construction expected to commence within two months.
The other two projects will be located on the Dubai Maritime City and Downtown Dubai, but the company did not give any details regarding the costs of either project or when work is expected to begin.
