(MENAFN- Arab Times) A Kuwaiti woman, whose identity has not been disclosed, has filed a complaint with the Salam Police Station accusing her husband of beating her and causing injury to her nose and lips, reports Annahar daily. In her complaint the woman said she was shocked when her husband barged in to their home in Hitteen, and for no reason started insulting and accusing her of things she had not done and punched her in the face and body until she fell to the ground.
The complainant has submitted a medical report to substantiate her claim. Meanwhile, police are looking for unidentified thieves for stealing electricity cables from projects under construction in Sabah Al-Ahmed, reports Al-Qabas daily. The projects are being carried out by a private construction company.
Stranger in house: An unidentified 19- year-old, who was caught hiding under a chair by a Kuwaiti, has been handed over to the concerned authorities, reports Annahar daily. The daily added, the Kuwaiti heard some noises on the second floor and when he tiptoed to the room and switched on the light, he saw a stranger hiding under the chair.
