(MENAFN- QNA) Qatar Exchange index gained 20.34 points (+0.14%) when the bourse closed trading at 14,109.16 points here Sunday.
The trading value dropped to QR 553.320 Million from Thursday's closing at QR 656.517 Million. The traded volume increased to 12,116,354 shares from 6,089 transactions compared to 10,948,335 shares from 6,146 transactions on Thursday.
The market capitalisation reached QR 748.454 Billion.
Telecom (+1.25%), consumer goods and services (+0.28%), and industries (+0.10%) indices made marginal gains today while insurance (-0.56%), transport (-0.22%), real estate (-0.21%) and banks (-0.06%) dropped.
From the 43 listed companies, shares of 42 were traded today. From these 20 advanced, 19 declined while three remained unchanged.
The Investors' Group share gained +3.72, up to QR 61.40 from Thursday's closing at QR 59.20. Al Khaliji Commercial Bank was up +3.05% to QR 23.29 while Qatar International Islamic Bank gained +2.58% to QR 91.60.
Qatar National Bank share dropped -1.15% to QR 205.40 from the previous closing at QR 207.80.
