Slovakia records 10 percent drop of Russian gas delivery

(MENAFN) Gas utility Slovensky plynarensky priemysel (SPP) registered a drop in gas delivery from Russia of about 10 percent below the normal level, Xinhua reported.

The 10 percent reduction in gas flows hasn't spelt trouble for Slovakia so far, Slovak Prime Minister said, believing that there could be a number of reasons behind this drop.

"Our company continues guaranteeing fluent and continuous gas supplies for all our customers without any restrictions, and we continue in filling our underground reservoirs," SPP spokesman said.
