(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and US Secretary of State John Kerry on Thursday discussed efforts made to combat terrorism and extremist groups in the region, according to local reports.
The meeting of King Abdullah and Kerry, who is on a visit to Saudi Arabia, also focused on the latest developments on both the regional and international arenas, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) added.
The meeting was attended by senior Saudi officials, including Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal, and US Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Joseph Westphal.
