(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The woman who lives in a shared villa in Jumeirah said the Emirati police corporal 31 fooled her with his sweet talk to gain her trust before showing his true colours.A 32-year-old French woman accused a Dubai Police officer of raping her and physically assaulting her at her residence.
The woman who lives in a shared villa in Jumeirah said the Emirati police corporal 31 fooled her with his sweet talk to gain her trust before showing his ‘true colours’. The woman said the accused told her on November 18 last year that he wanted to visit her and pick up some stuff he had forgotten in her room.
As soon as he reached her room he allegedly started making sexual advances. “I could not scream as it was late and everybody was sleeping. I felt so embarrassed and I did not want to be kicked out for letting a man into my place.”
The woman claimed that the defendant raped her. She said she followed him outside the villa and suffered knee and hand injuries when he allegedly shoved her away from his car and sped off.
A police captain said that the woman’s room was found tidy with no sign of any struggle.
The corporal is also facing a charge of trespassing in the Court of First Instance.
