(MENAFN- The Peninsula) UN Undersecretary for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Valerie Amos said that the ceremony honoring His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the government and people was "very moving."
