(MENAFN- QNA) Qatar News Agency will hold tomorrow Monday a three-day workshop on covering economic news.
The event is the latest in a series of workshops held by the agency to provide quality training to Qatari professionals in the media field. This week's workshop covers a range of topics including how to cover an economic news story, how to integrate numbers and graphs in it, as well as how to convey complicated economic terms to the public reading the story.
Business anchor and senior presenter at Al Jazeera Nadeem al Mallah will be holding the workshop.
Qatar News Agency workshops were launched in accordance to Emiri decision no. 51 for 2009 which mandated the agency to hold workshops to improve the professional standard of Qatari journalists.
