The book was compiled from conversations mastermind sessions and the experience of top marketing consultants around the world on the specific and powerful topic of Authority Positioning. Like many successful business owners DuVall has taken on and excelled at different ventures in the search for that one magical opportunity that fuels the entrepreneur's spirit. DuVall started her career as an intern with the bond market division of a large Wall Street firm. Even though she was quickly gaining financial success she realized there was something missing. She decided not to waste time doing something she didn't love.

You need to be the one they choose. And to do that you've got to show that you are an authority. You've got to be the one where they say ‘Yes this is the person that can help me'” DuVall says.
This was her true passion that one magic opportunity that fuels the entrepreneur's spirit. DuVall knew what she had to do and founded Pinpoint Digital in 2008. Since then she has been helping local and national companies to “pinpoint” their perfect online strategy and that goes way beyond SEO and just getting a website found online.
Pinpoint focuses on getting their clients new customers and increasing the ROI for current prospects and customers. DuVall says “What I can offer to a company entrepreneur or coach is my perspective. I look at a client's business from high above and find the holes.
