Kuwait crude oil prices down USD 1.08 to USD 98.52


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Kuwait crude oil per barrel (pb) went down Tuesday by USD 1.08 to USD 98.52 compared by day before USD 99.60, according to oil prices announced by Kuwait Petroleum Corporation Wednesday.

Meanwhile, in the international oil market, the prices of future Brent mix oil contract went down to its lowest point in 16 months because of the slow demand of crude oil In Europe and China market.

Also American crude oil prices went down to its lowest in seven months because of the US dollar exchange rate going up and abundant supplies.

Brent oil went down yesterday by USD 2.45 to USD 100.34 pb at the same time as the America Crude oil by USD 3.08 to USD 92.88 pb last Friday.
