Jordan Receives New 409 Syrian Refugees


(MENAFN- QNA) Some 409 new Syrian refugees entered Jordan during the past 48 hours, an official source at the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces said.

The source added that border guards received the new group of displaced Syrians, among them children, women and elderly people, and had provided urgent humanitarian aid to them before transporting them to the Azraq and Zaatari refugee camps, according to Jordan (Petra) news agency.
