Pakistan Evacuates 261 Nationals from Libya


(MENAFN- QNA) The Pakistani government on Tuesday evacuated 261 citizens from Libya where security has deteriorated in the past few months, Islamabad's foreign ministry said in a statement.

The expats boarded a flight from Tripoli to Lahore today morning, the fourth such a flight since the government decided to repatriate its nationals from the Arab country.

Pakistan's embassy established relief camps in Tripoli where over 3,000 Pakistanis currently live.
