Two Algerian Planes Involved in Minor Airport Collision

(MENAFN- QNA) Two Algerian planes slightly collided in the Algerian capital's Houari Boumediene Airport without causing any injuries.

The minor accident resulted from the small aircraft parking area, which caused a "slight" contact between two ATR 72 500 planes as one of them hit the wing of the other, Algerian carrier Air Algerie said in a statement relayed by the state news agency APS.

The incident didn't cause any damages and the airport's passenger traffic was "operating normally," according to the statement.
