King of Jordan to Attend NATO Summit


(MENAFN- QNA) Jordan's King Abdullah II will attend the NATO summit, scheduled to be hosted by the United Kingdom on September 4-5.

According to Jordan's news agency (Petra), the periodic NATO summit meetings provide an opportunity for heads of state and government of member countries to discuss various global challenges.

On the sidelines of the summit, King Abdullah will meet with a number of dignitaries and heads of state participating in the meeting to discuss friendly ties with the Kingdom and means to further enhance them in various fields.

During his visit, the King of Jordan will also hold talks with British Prime Minister David Cameron and other British officials on the friendly ties between the two countries and ways of boosting them in various domains. .
