Quake Hits Iran's Sabzevar in Razavi Province


(MENAFN- QNA) An earthquake measuring 3.5 on Richter scale jolted Sabzevar in eastern province of Khorasan Razavi in Iran on Sunday.

The report of seismography center affiliated to Tehran University Geophysics Institute showed that the tremor occurred on Sunday morning and its epicenter was at 36.23 degrees latitude and 57.72 degrees longitude and in depth of 8 kilometers underground, according to Iran's (IRNA) News Agency.

Sabzevar is one of the big cities of Khorasan Razavi province, which is located in the west of the province.

There is no immediate report on possible casualties or damage.
