US warplanes launched air strikes that targeted Daash organization positions in Al-Ramadi, west of Iraq, a security source in the province of Anbar confirmed today
The source said US warplanes carried out their first raids in the province of Anbar, specifically in the areas of: Khalidiya and the 5th kilometre, south and east of the city of Al-Ramadi targeting positions in which Daash militants have holed up.
The source explained that the air strikes resulted in the destruction of Daash positions and led to the killing of many of militants.
