Jordan Receives 470 Syrian Refugees


A total of 470 Syrian refugees entered Jordan through various crossing points during the past 48 hours, a source at the Jordanian armed forces said according to state news agency Petra.

The new arrivals mainly comprised children, women and elderly, according to the source. They received necessary humanitarian assistance and were transferred to the Azraq and Zaatari refugee camps.
