The State of Qatar has welcomed the agreement reached in Cairo for a ceasefire in Gaza.
The State of Qatar, in a statement today, expressed the hope that this agreement will be a step towards alleviating the suffering of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and achieving the legitimate demands of the Palestinian people.
The statement added that the credit for achieving this agreement is primarily due to the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and their sacrifices.
Qatar also expressed its appreciation to all those who contributed to reaching this agreement and voiced its full readiness to contribute to the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip as soon as possible.
