Palestinian journalist dies of injuries of Israeli fire


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) A Palestinian journalist died on Monday of injuries he sustained during Israeli shelling of the Shuja'ya neighborhood, east Gaza, a fortnight ago.

Abdullah Murtaja, a reporter for the Aqsa Satellite Channel passed away after suffered from internal bleeding.

Up to 17 journalists have been killed since the start of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, in early July.

Meanwhile, 25 Palestinians were injured when the Israeli fighter jets struck a house in Central Gaza Strip.

Earlier today Israeli raids killed 11 Palestinians, raising the aggression victims to 2,133 deaths and 10,895 wounded.
