Abu Dhabi's Alder Proporties to lease 607 apartments
(MENAFN) Alder Properties, Abu Dhabi's leading in property development, investment and management, has signed a deal to lease 607 apartments, Khaleeji Times reported
The new apartments are set to be leased to Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi to provide accommodations for the hospital's employees, .
The leased apartments will be built at the Gate Towers development on Al Reem Isalnd and the Al Rayyana development in Khalifa City.
"Abu Dhabi's strategy of economic diversification and development is creating significant demand for high-quality, modern residential property. Major employers are seeking housing and Aldar is responding to these needs," CEO of Aldar Properties said.
