(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Kuwait's Embassy in the United States announced on Sunday that it checked on all nationals living in areas north of the State of California, who were had been earlier experiencing an earthquake.
The embassy said that it is in constant contact with all citizens there, and has urged them to be cautious in case of any consequence of the earthquake.
It has also urged Kuwaitis to adhere to instructions of local and federal state authorities, particularly in case of evacuating the affected areas.
The citizens were informed to keep in touch with the embassy and the consulate in Los Angles as well as cultural offices in Washington and Los Angles to help them in emergency.
