(MENAFN Press) The gastronomical delights of acclaimed Chef Andy Toh is being brought to Capital Club, Dubai's premier private City Club, with a special Cantonese dining experience that will be held on Monday September 1st 2014.

Chef de Cuisine at Hakkasan Dubai, Chef Andy boasts over 20 years of experience in bringing the ultimate epicurean joy to guests across the Middle East and Asia. The dynamic chef hails from Penang, Malaysia, and manages a formidable team of 50 at the multiple award winning Hakkasan Dubai.

Chef Andy and his team have created an inspiring menu exclusively for this special event, accompanied by an expertly curated selection of wines chosen by Olivier Gasselin, Hakkasan's Head Sommelier for the Middle East. The overall experience will be uniquely Hakkasan and promises a vibrant and memorable experience for all.

Speaking about the event, Emma Cullen, Capital Club GM commented: "Capital Club prides itself on bringing a diverse range of culinary experiences to its Members. The Club has the unique advantage of being able to showcase great Chefs, both local and international. In addition, this particular dinner has a special point of difference. The event will showcase the first "Signature Club Series" which is an initiative put together by the Club's management company, Signature Clubs International (SCI).
SCI aims to connect Capital Club Members across its full bouquet of Clubs in Dubai, Bahrain and Nairobi. The series exclusively takes off with the Grand Prix Club, bringing together Members from the Middle East and East Africa. Partnership inauguration is with one of the most exciting fixtures on the motor sports calendar: the 2014 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix, September 19th to 21st 2014."

Members of all three clubs will participate in a grand raffle draw for two premier hospitality tickets to the race weekend. The Draw, which will feature internationally acclaimed TV broadcaster and newly joined Member of the Dubai Club Riz Khan, will take place during a reception on September 1st 2014, at Capital Club Dubai. Members from Bahrain and East Africa will tune in via a live stream video link up to find out who the lucky winner is.

The Capital Club will be donating a percentage of the evening's proceeds from ticket sales to INJAZ “ UAE, Capital Club's charity of choice.
