(MENAFN - Muscat Daily) Momentum has started building up for Al Mazyona quarterly prize draw to be held as part of Salalah Tourism Festival celebrations on August 28.

Bank Muscat the flagship financial institution in the sultanate has lined up an exciting family event to announce the RO750000 prize money for the quarter ending in June which will be shared by 15 customers covering all the governorates including one Priority Banking customer who will receive RO50000 each.

The prize draw celebrations are open to all. The underlying message of the family event is to educate people on prudent savings habits. Attractive gifts and prizes will be distributed to children and winners of spot competitions on the occasion.

As the nation's leading financial institution Bank Muscat seeks to utilise all opportunities in reaching out to people. Salalah Tourism Festival perfectly fits the corporate ethos of Bank Muscat in serving the largest banking family in Oman as well as visitors from around the world. While Salalah offers a rewarding experience to enjoy nature's bounty Bank Muscat complements this experience by facilitating banking convenience to all.

Bank Muscat stalls adorn the festival venues where the bank personnel are on hand to familiarise visitors on various special promotions and campaigns linked to services and products offered by the bank. Bank Muscat ATMs and CDMs offer superior levels of banking convenience and connectivity to visitors and tourists.

The 2014 Al Mazyona scheme reaches out to all individual segments with exclusive prizes earmarked for ladies youth children salary account holders and high savings balance customers in all regions.

Notably the enhanced prize money totalling over RO8mn is shared by more winners as customers from all governorates are guaranteed to win prizes ranging from RO1000 a week to RO0.5 mn at the end of the year.

Customers maintaining a minimum balance of RO1000 for three months are eligible to participate in the quarterly prize draw. A total of 15 quarterly prizes including one for asalah Priority Banking totaling RO750000 are reserved for the governorates. The longer the saving higher the chances to win.

Customers maintaining a minimum balance of RO1000 get a chance to win RO10000 every month. For every RO1000 balance customers are entitled to ten winning chances. Thirty monthly prizes including two for asalah Priority Banking customers totalling RO300000 are reserved for the governorates. The more the balance higher the winning chances.

Among the varied prizes all customers transferring their salary to the bank have a chance to win a bonus salary every month. There is no limit set for the bonus salary. In all 30 customers can win one bonus salary every month equivalent to their salary. There are no minimum balance conditions attached to this scheme and it is open to all customers transferring a minimum monthly salary of RO500.

The series of big prizes from Bank Muscat is the major attraction of al Mazyona which offers fair and transparent winning chances for all segments of customers. The bank attaches great importance to inculcating prudent savings and spending habits and has tailored the Al Mazyona scheme with this objective in mind.

Al Mazyona offers over RO8mn prize money in 2014. The scheme offering more for everyone to share is the biggest prize money in Oman and the region. The flexible scheme makes regular saving easier and is available across the largest network of 137 branches in Oman.
