(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Cairo August 21 (QNA) - The Arab League Council condemned Thursday the murder of American journalist James Foley at the hands of the Islamic State in Iraq and Sham (ISIS). Deputy of the Arab League Secretary-General Ahmed ben Helli said in a statement that the Arab League condemns what they described as a horrific crime. He added that displaying the murder so graphically was a humiliation of human life honored by God. (QNA)
