Qatar- QSL launches new season cards scheme

(MENAFN- The Peninsula) The Qatar Stars League (QSL) is excited to announce the launch of the new season cards scheme, a single card that provides QSL fans the opportunity to attend all the home games of their favourite QSL team for the new season 2014/15.

QSL fans will receive major benefits by purchasing a season card. The cost of a season card is only QR 200 and will give fans access to the QR 20 category seating areas (adjacent to the VIP section).

Fans will therefore be able to attend all 13 home games of their favourite QSL team but only pay for the price of 10 games, a saving of QR 60, which is the equivalent of three free matches.

Other benefits include being automatically upgraded to a Silver Football Rewards Membership that will entitle season card holders to receive rewards from the QSL's Football Rewards loyalty partners - Qatar Airways, InterContinental Hotels Group Qatar and Fitness First Qatar.

Including, bringing a friend for free for up to four games during the season and a priority ticket booking option for the end of season Qatar Cup.

Fans can order their season cards for their favourite QSL club online via tickets.qsl.com.qa or alternatively on match day from the VIP stadium entrances (from one hour before kick-off).

Hani Ballan, Deputy CEO of the QSL said, "I am delighted to be announcing the launch of the first ever season cards for the QSL," he said before adding:

"This marks another step forward for the QSL in our drive to become the best league in the region and provide our fans with a first class experience. Season cards make it easy and cost effective for fans to support their favourite QSL team and rewards our most loyal fans in the best way possible."

The Qatar Stars League was officially formed in December 2006 and is the highest level of professional Club Football in Qatar. Currently operating as a 14-team league, the QSL is responsible for developing football within Qatar while managing all commercial, broadcast and administrational matters relating to the Qatar Stars League and its 14 member clubs.
