(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Preparations are afoot in Dubai to renovate the fishing ports and harbours the RTA announced after a meeting on Monday.The move follows the directives of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai on “preserving the traditional profession and legacy of the forefathers”.
The meeting was attended by Lt-General Rashid Al Fattan Director of the office of the Vice-President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai; Major-General Khamis Mattar Al Mazeina Commander-in-Chief of the Dubai Police; Mattar Al Tayer Chairman and Executive Director of the RTA; and Salah Al Amiri Assistant Director-General of Dubai Municipality for Environment and Public Health Services.
