BIBF students attain outstanding pass rates in global exam

(MENAFNEditorial) BIBF students who underwent the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) exams in June have attained an outstanding overall pass rate of 73% - compared to a 44% global average -according to the exam results recently released by the BIBF.

Candidates who completed their exam preparation courses at BIBF scored exceptionally well in a number of paper-based exams, including F7 Financial Reporting (91% pass rate versus global average of 47%), F8 Audit and Assurance (88% versus 40%), F6 Taxation (71 % versus 53%), and P2 Corporate Reporting (87% versus 47%).

"BIBF has a proven track record for continuing to outperform global pass rates for a majority of our programmes. This is a testament to the teaching quality offered at BIBF and its commitment to educational excellence," said BIBF Deputy Director Dr. Ahmed Al Shaikh.

"We have developed our own delivery systems and in-house training resources with the aim of providing students with the right guidance, knowledge and skills necessary for exam success. Within our Centre for Accounting alone for example, we boast a training faculty of 8 members, all of whom are qualified Chartered Accountants themselves," Dr. A-Shaikh added.

The ACCA is the world's largest and fastest-growing global professional accountancy body with 162,000 members and 428,000 students in 173 countries, offering individuals business-relevant, accredited qualifications in accountancy, finance and management.
