(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Rome August 13 (QNA) - Italian President Giorgio Napolitano has confirmed his country's support for the Turkey's path toward full integration in the European Union. In a congratulatory cable to the Turkish President Elect Recep Tayyip Erdogan Napolitano expressed hope that country's presidency to EU will strengthen this trend during the second half of this year. Turkey cannot be ignored especially in facing challenges such as the Middle East crises he said adding "From this point our countries should renew joint efforts to reach to effective and durable solutions."
