(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Paris August 10 (QNA) - French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius is travelling to Baghdad and Arbil for talks with Iraqi leaders. Fabius who left France early Sunday will meet with his Iraqi counterpart Hoshyar Zebari in the capital before flying to Arbil to meet with Iraqi Kurdish president Massud Barzani his ministry said Sunday In Arbil Fabius will also oversee the delivery of humanitarian aid to civilians who have fled the advance of the ISIS fighters.
