(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Occupied Jerusalem August 08 (QNA) - Israeli artillery forces restarted today shelling of a several sites of Gaza Strip Radio Voice of Israel reported. The radio said that the shelling came after the launch of several missiles this morning toward Israeli territory and pursuant to instructions of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defense for harsh retaliation to any Palestinians attack. A security source said Israel will respond strongly to any bombing from the strip adding that reinforced forces are still deployed on the border of Gaza Strip in anticipation of any emergency. It pointed out that 50% of reserve forces totaling 82 thousands have not yet been released. The radio said an Israeli delegation left Cairo after the failure of negotiations with the Palestinian factions.(QNA)
