Passengers who visit Al Mourjan will be able to enjoy a fresh and relaxing ambience courtesy of an abundance of natural sunlight throughout the lounge, paired with our state-of-the-art lighting technology.
Passengers will also be impressed by the sheer size of the lounge: spread out over two levels, and equivalent to the size of 10 Olympic-size pools, Al Mourjan can accommodate up to 1,000 visitors at a time.
Those looking to satisfy a hunger craving can enjoy one of the many sumptuous dining options on offer, from light bites to seated dining in the mezzanine area. After enjoying a meal, passengers can also continue their journey through the mezzanine and enjoy the calm and serenity of the infinity pool water feature which sits at the base of the spiral staircase, lit by a four-tiered chandelier.
For those looking to relax, there is a wealth of options available to help them rejuvenate before their flight, from the private quiet rooms and relaxing family spaces to the games rooms for children offering PlayStation pods and an F1 driving simulator. Added to this, Al Mourjan also offers prayer rooms, restrooms, a smoking area, a nursery and shower rooms with free amenities.
Qatar Airways' Premium travellers can also avail of a dedicated business centre offering a conference area, personal Internet workstations, or printers and scanners, all to ensure a smooth and seamless transition from the office to the passengers' final destination. Multipurpose executive seating is also available throughout the lounge with a private Flight Information Display System monitor and reading light, as well as personal power and data outlets.
The Al Mourjan Business Lounge is open to Qatar Airways and oneworld First and Business Class passengers until the Al Safwa First Class Lounge opens as part of HIA's phased development.
In addition to Al Mourjan, HIA offers a range of lounges for passengers to enjoy, both in the Departure and Arrival areas, regardless of airline preference or travel class, including Oryx lounge, Al Maha service lounges, and the Gold, Silver and Premium lounges.
