(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Bul August 05 (QNA) - At least 33 Taliban militants were killed following military operations in various provinces of Afghanistan in the past 24 hours. Afghanistan Interior Ministry said in a statement that the operations were jointly conducted by Afghan National Police Afghan National Army and Afghan Intelligence in Kunar Nangarhar Kunduz Badakhshan Sar-e-Pul Jawzjan Kandahar Uruzgan and Helmand provinces. At least 15 Taliban militants were also injured and 8 others were detained during the operation the statement added. (QNA)
