(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Man August 03 (QNA) - Jordan on Sunday strongly condemned Israeli massacres and mass murders against defenseless women children and elderly persons in Gaza Strip labeling it as a slap on humanity's face. This came at the session of the Jordan's cabinet held here today under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour during which the serious developments taking place in the Gaza Strip as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression were discussed. The cabinet called for an immediate halt to the aggression the lifting of the blockade on Gaza and the need to reach a just and comprehensive political solution to the Palestinian issue. Jordan reiterated its firm stance and efforts at all levels to make contacts with brotherly and friendly countries to exert pressure to stop the aggression on the Palestinian people.(QNA)
