Shareholders approve name change to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles


(MENAFN- AFP) Shareholders in Italian carmaker Fiat gave the green light on Friday to change the group's name to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, consecrating its merger with US automobile group Chrysler.

The decision won approval from the majority of voters at an extraordinary general meeting in Turin, said Fiat president John Elkann.
