(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Wait July 24 (QNA) - Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah received a phone call on Thursday from Uganda's Foreign Minister Sam Kutesa where they discussed means of boosting bilateral ties in all domains state news agency KUNA reported. In his capacity as president of the 69th United Nations General Assembly session Kutesa discussed preparations for the upcoming U.N. General Assembly in September. (QNA)
