(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Scow July 24 (QNA) - Iraq's Defense Minister Saadoun Al Dulaimi arrived in Moscow carrying a message from Iraq's Prime Minister Nouri Al Maliki to the Russian President Vladimir Putin pertaining to bilateral relations and the latest political and security developments in Iraq and the region in general. Al Dulaimi will also meet with the Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu to discuss the prospects of acceleration supplying the Iraqi armed forces with weapons and advanced Russian military systems.
