Dubai's Arenco awards Chinese firms two contracts
(MENAFN) China State Construction Engineering Co (CSCEC), the Asian superpower's third largest construction firm, has been awarded two contracts from Dubai-based based developer Arenco Real Estate to build two new hotels at Palm Jumeirah, according to Arabian Business.
The new hotels will extend over 100.000 square meters each and will contain a basement, ground, 13 upper floors and a roof area.
In total, the developments will house 592 standard rooms, 57 two-bay and three-bay suites as well as a presidential suite.
The projects is expected to be completed in 940 days. The work includes all civil works, mechanical, electrical and plumping, external works and finishes.
