Attractive Ramadan offers rolled out by Ford

(AJVA) the sole dealer for Ford and Lincoln in Saudi Arabia announced attractive offers during the Holy month of Ramadan. Offers include Ford Focus Fusion Expedition Taurus Flex and Escape. In addition to the reduced prices AJVA is also giving customers a chance to enter a raffle draw to win a Ford Fusion during the holy month of Ramadan. The six-millionth AUDI with quattro drive rolled off the production line at the Ingolstadt plant this week-only about one and a half years after the five-millionth quattro. Audi will deliver the jubilee car an Audi SQ5 3.0 TDI quattro in monsoon gray metallic to a family in the US. This new production record demonstrates the global success of Audi quattro. Since the original quattro the first Audi with permanent all-wheel drive in the year 1980 this technology has conquered the roads of the world. With around 170 quattro versions Audi offers the biggest selection of all-wheel drive vehicles among the premium manufacturers. 'Dynamism and sportiness the utmost technical precision and safety that's what Audi's quattro technology stands for" said Hubert Waltl board of management member for production at Audi AG.
Sales for the BMW Group in the Middle East continue to climb as the company has posted a record sales increase of 25 percent for the first half of this year. A total of 15797 BMW and MINI vehicles were delivered to customers in 12 Middle East markets. Based on these figures BMW is in pole position for yet another successful year in the region. The UAE remains the biggest market in the Middle East accounting for around half of BMW and MINI total sales in the first half of the year followed by Saudi Arabia Kuwait and Qatar. Markets which showed strong individual sales growth included the UAE which grew 40 percent Oman 57 percent Jordan 39 percent Bahrain 33 percent and Qatar with 13 percent growth. Commenting on the company's impressive results Johannes Seibert managing director BMW Group Middle East said: 'These robust sales results are testament to the desire our customers have for our brands. The regions premium automotive market is growing approximately 15 percent so we are delighted to be above this figure and look forward to continuing our growth momentum throughout the rest of this year."
INFINITI named BMW executive Gaby-Luise Wuest as its head of global operations succeeding Francois Goupil de Bouille who was appointed by Infiniti as head of Europe Middle East and Africa earlier this year. Wuest was most recently the regional head of BMW's Mini operations in Asia-Pacific region and South Africa. Wuest will be responsible for Infiniti's sales and after sales fleet sales retail network development as of September 1 2014.
