Gentor sells its copper holdings in Oman to Savannah
(MENAFN) Toronto, Canada-listed mineral exploration company Gentor Resources Inc has recently sold its copper properties in Oman to Savannah Resources plc, an AIM-listed mineral exploration firm, according to Oman Observer.
The deal was impacted by way of the sale by Gentor to all of the outstanding shares of the British Virgin Islands company Gentor Resources Limited (Oman Holdco).
Savannah Resources' Chief Executive David Archer, said: "The acquisition of two highly prospective copper projects with multiple high priority targets is a key strategic development for Savannah."
