Royal Jordanian suspends flights to Libya

(MENAFN) Royal Jordanian had suspended its flights to Tripoli due to tensions around the country's international airport, according to Arabian Business.

The decision was made after the Libyan civil aviation authority said that the airport will be closed due to fierce disputes between militias aiming to control the airport.

The airline said that it expects losses in the first half of this year due to closing the services to the five destinations.
